Chakra’s are one of our body’s major energy centers. There are seven chakras in your body, and each Chakra is represented by the specific frequency and color. These centers are connected and exchange energies with each other. It is important to work with all the seven chakras. As it is only when all of these chakras are in tune with each other and open, then you can experience your inner awakening.
As Valentine’s Day is around the corner, it’s natural to feel a strong desire and seek connections with other people. You may fear the risk of vulnerability, disappointment, awkwardness, getting heartbroken, or rejection that come with getting close to someone (and letting them get close to you too).
Every Chakra plays a vital role in physical wellbeing, but the most importantly emotional energy center is the Heart chakra or Anahata. It is positioned directly above the heart and is associated with Green Color. This Chakra is related to the element of air, and its energy is associated with the breath and its movements. The Heart Chakra Symbol is represented by two intersecting triangles forming a 6-pointed star in a circle with 12 petals.
The heart chakra is the energy center that governs our sense of love, compassion, and beauty. It is the link between your lower three chakras and the upper three chakras that represents our connection to the universal divine energy.
When you open or heal your heart Chakra, you’ll radiate more love, compassion, and beauty from the inside out, and you will attract more love into your life from the people that surround you.
Symptoms Of A Blocked Heart Chakra.
Every Chakra can be out of alignment at times or develops blockages. It doesn’t matter whether these blockages are minor or major, but they will always lead you to feel physically or emotionally imbalanced. Blocked heart chakra symptoms include restlessness, distrust, lovelessness, and lack of empathy. Jealousy and insecurity are also common symptoms of blocked heart chakra if they are left unchecked. These can grow into manipulative behaviors, which can often lead to prolonged physical or mental illness.
How to Heal Your Anahata Chakra.
An opened heart chakra allows you to be better at loving and understanding your needs as well as others. You will find that intense emotions gradually become less frightening to you. You will develop new ways of accepting and moving past your emotions without having to repress them. When you balance your heart Chakra, you will naturally feel warm and compassionate. By opening the heart chakra, you will open the gateway for the healing of all the Chakras as when your soul, body, and spirituality work together; it’s easier to create harmony in your whole body.

Take out ten minutes from your daily routine, Find a quiet place to sit, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
Heart-Chakra Affirmations.
Affirmations are a wonderful way of getting rid of old, limiting beliefs, and boosting your confidence. It can help you increase the positive energy associated with your heart Chakra. You can say them every day to reprogram your unconscious mind and ward off potential blockages.

Having green foods can help you heal your heart Chakra. Try adding more green foods to your diets, such as broccoli, cucumbers, green apples, and leafy greens. It will build up your immune system as well as keep you active throughout the day.
Do yoga.
When it comes to opening your heart Chakra., don’t forget to add yoga to your daily routine. As the heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, there are several-opening yoga poses that activate your heart Chakra. Camel pose, Bridge pose, or Bow pose are some of the yoga poses that you should try to balance your heart Chakra.
Allow yourself to be Loved.
We don’t often let the love of others let through to us. We don’t accept it, or worse, we block it. Instead of denying affection or compliments, try to accept them graciously. Just enjoy the feeling of getting loved and let it work for you.
Whenever I feel my Chakra imbalanced, I try to meditate or go out for a morning walk. It helps me calm my mind, produce a deep state of relaxation, and eliminate all the jumbled thoughts that create stress.
The symptoms of imbalanced or blocked chakras can affect your mind, body, or spirit no matter how successful you are in your career. The unhealthy emotions or mindset can manifest in all aspects of your life, be it health, finances, relationships, career, and spirituality.
