Vibration is a way of describing our overall state of being; everything in the universe is made up of energy. If you are constantly thinking negative thoughts, it will leave you feeling heavy and burdened, and you will never find what you are looking for. Meditation can help you to relieve anxiety and stress and put you in a peaceful state of mind. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and focus on your breath for a few minutes. Consume whole and nutrient-dense foods that have lots of nutritional value in them. Eating chemical and highly processed foods will bring your vibration down and make you lethargic, while eating organic and rich foods can make you feel more light, vibrant, and alive.
Do a Random Act of Kindness
Kindness and Compassion are high vibrational emotions. Think about how good you feel when you do something for someone. It will shift your focus from lack to Abundance. Whenever you perform a random act of Kindness, it will lift your mood and put you in a higher energetic state.
Take a break from your work life and gadgets and reconnect with Mother Nature. Even a few minutes spent outdoors can completely shift your mood. Take time to do what you love, be it yoga, painting, dancing, or meditation. Anything that brings you joy will do wonders for raising your vibrations.
