Self care During Pandemic


The pandemic has had a significant effect on our lives. Many of us are facing challenges that can be stressful and anxious. Severe ongoing stress can be a risk factor for your mental health.
Recognizing and coping with stress positively and healthily can help you remain calm. There are many ways that you can try to lower your stress levels during this time of uncertainty.
It’s important to remember that this will pass sooner or later. If we focus on what we can control and do things that are helpful for our health and the health of those around us, we will come out of this whole situation and with a renewed perspective. It’s essential to look towards the future and begin building for that future. We all will get through this.
